about nikita

over a decade in corporate | ex-Fortune 500 senior marketing leader | infusing empathy, humanity, grace and humour back into work

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by people.

What drives us. What changes us. Why the things we wanted at 25 don’t always fit the life we’re living at 40.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve built a career in the corporate world across marketing, sales and digital innovation, while leading teams and coaching people through growth, uncertainty, and change. I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership, completed coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute, and have spent countless hours helping colleagues navigate some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

But the inspiration for well then didn’t come from a classroom or a boardroom.

It came from real conversations.

Conversations with friends who were quietly wondering if they still wanted the same things from the careers they worked so hard to build.

Friends showing up fully present at work while navigating changing ambitions, burnout, layoffs, aging parents, shifting relationships, returning from maternity/paternity leaves, and all the complicated realities of modern adulthood.

The more we talked, the more I realized something important:

There are plenty of people who will tell you how to climb the ladder.

There are far fewer people helping you figure out whether the ladder is still leaning against the right wall.

That’s where I come in.

I don’t believe you need someone to tell you what to do. Most of the time, the answers are already there. They’re just buried under expectations, responsibilities, noise, and years of putting everyone else’s needs first.

My role is to help shine a light on what’s already within you.

Most of my coaching happens by phone. No Zoom fatigue. No pressure to be “on”. Just space to think, reflect, walk, sit on your porch, fold laundry, or take the dog around the block while we talk through what’s really going on.

Because some of the best conversations happen when we’re not staring at a screen.

well then is for the people in the messy middle.

The ones who have built a good life but are wondering if it still fits.

The ones redefining success on their own terms.

The ones asking, “What now?”

If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
